Quick Summary: Lenders look at how long the business has been open, its yearly revenue, your credit score and what the money is for. Before you apply, get your last 4 months of business bank statements, an equipment invoice if you're financing equipment, business tax returns for an SBA loan, and basic business details together. Every program also needs a three-bureau credit report. Never send documents by text or email; Kevin sends a private upload link.

Showing up prepared doesn't just save time. It also means fewer surprises, fewer back-and-forth requests, and a clearer answer about which program actually fits.

What Lenders Look At

Every program weighs four things:

You can see the general guideline for every program on Gaviria Life's Business & Property Financing page.

Step 1: Check Your Credit Card Balances

If you're using more than 25% of your credit card limits, paying them down is one of the most useful things you can do before applying. It's one of the first things Lexington's partner banks look at for lines of credit and business cards.

Kevin helps you get ready and submits the application. Lexington Capital makes the decision.

Step 2: Gather the Paperwork

For most business programs, have these ready:

For property, have recent bank statements, the property's address, price or value, and the rent if it's a rental. For a renovation or a build, add your scope of work, budget, permits and timeline.

Step 3: Get a Three-Bureau Credit Report

Every program needs a three-bureau (tri-merge) credit report. Kevin will tell you how to get one. If you use a trial offer, check whether it turns into a paid monthly membership, and cancel it if you don't want to keep it.

An Example (illustration)

Sandra owns a bakery in Elizabeth and wants a new oven and a line of credit for the holiday rush. Before her call with Kevin, she downloads four months of statements, asks her supplier for a written quote on the oven, and pays one credit card down below a quarter of its limit. The call takes ten minutes, and she knows exactly which two programs to apply for. (This is an illustration, not a real client.)

Step 4: Send Documents the Safe Way

Never send bank statements, tax returns or credit reports by text message or as regular email attachments. When it's time, Kevin sends you a private upload link.

Note: Financing is provided by Lexington Capital, not by Kevin Gaviria or Gaviria Life Insurance Solutions. Kevin is a referral partner of Lexington Capital, not a lender, and may receive a referral fee. Lexington Capital reviews every application and makes all credit decisions. Not every applicant is approved.

If the Answer Is "Not Yet"

A "no" today isn't a "no" forever. If you don't qualify yet, Kevin will tell you plainly what could help next time, whether that's more time in business, lower card balances or a co-signer.

A Simple Next Step

Take the 2-minute program check to see which programs may fit. It asks for ranges only, no documents. Or call or text Kevin at (848) 212-8787.
